Case Management
Case management is at the core of Family Promise by providing support and accountability which helps families pull themselves into self sufficiency.
Our trained staff provides individualized case management and mentoring to fit the unique needs of every family we see. We help them set specific goals and strategies designed to dismantle the obstacles preventing their success and to teach them to find jobs and permanent housing.

Any program can provide shelter to families for a limited amount of time, but Family Promise is committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness and keeping families off the streets permanently.
Case management is the key to giving families the tools and resources they need in order to gain and maintain self sufficiency.
Not only does our 98% success rate mean many more families stably housed, it is also a tremendous cost saving to the community as diversion from far more expensive interventions. We truly believe that our success is largely due to our individualized case management. Our families take what they learn here and use those practices in order to keep a proper budget and plan for their futures.
